Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California. He also holds a Master of Arts in Religion with a concentration in Theology & Ethics from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Religion from San Francisco State University.
During law school Andrew was selected to participate as a Summer Clinical Fellow at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He also worked as a Law Clerk at the City of Boston, Law Department and as a Certified Law Clerk at the Orange County District Attorney, Homicide Unit. Andrew also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Cantabria, in Santander Spain, where he studied International Refugee Law and Comparative Legal Systems.
Prior to starting his own law office, Andrew worked as a document review attorney and served as a volunteer attorney at California Human Development, Immigration and Citizenship Services.
Andrew is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar and is authorized to practice Federal Immigration and Naturalization Law in all 50 States and US Territories pursuant to 8 U.S.C. 1292.1. He is also an active member of the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild.
