De La Torre Law is open for business and continues to closely monitor and respond to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. For the safety of the public and our staff, in-person consultations are available in Roseville by appointment only. Consultations at all other locations are available by appointment through Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, De La Torre Law has decided to cease person to person consultations and case reviews, until April 1, 2020. At that time, the situation will be re-evaluated to determine if it is once again safe to re-open to the public.
If you have a USCIS appointment, at a local field-office, ALL appointments scheduled until April 1, 2020, have been cancelled and will be rescheduled. If your appointment is after this date, your appointment will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
If you are in Removal Court in Sacramento or San Francisco, ALL court hearings until April 10, 2020, have been cancelled and will be rescheduled. If your court hearing is after this date, your case will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
Please do not come to the office or attempt to make person to person contact, with myself, or my assistant, Noemi, unless it is an extreme emergency and we have agreed in advance to do so.
Should you have any other questions please feel free to contact me, or my assistant, Noemi, and we will be happy to speak with you.
Thank you,
Andrew M. De La Torre, Esq.
